Extensive Workshop Facilities

Operating from our extensive 2.5 hectare site in the North of England we operate a total of 25,000 square metres of covered work area which is segmented into purpose built workshops.

One of the workshops houses a sectional blast cleaner with an opening of 1.0 metres in height and 1.7 metres in width. We also operate an additional 3 hand blasting booths which approximate 350 square metres and use the other heated workshops for painting.

Our skilled painters are fully conversant with all aspects of the painting systems required including epoxy two pack paints, acrylic systems, anti-slip paints and many more.

For the safe handling of structural steel, large vessels, tanks and other heavy items, each workshop is fitted with an overhead crane. We also operate a Groves 1988 TMS 250EB crane with a lifting capacity of 30 tonnes to ensure loading and unloading may be carried out safely and efficiently.

Here at our workshops at Longtown we're widely known for large scale shot blasting and spray painting; our blast shops & heated paint bays are capable of facilitating works on bridges up to 100ft (30.5m) and vessels up to 14ft 9 in (4.5m) in diameter.
